Плюс его забор больше чем на полметра (2 feet) на моем участке. Проверил surveyor. Город говорит что могу и должен жаловаться. С одной стороны это, конечно стукачество, но извините, это же не 2 сантиметра. Плюс там может возникнуть вопрос adverse possession. Или не может? Мы купили в 2023 году. С соседями общения нет, они держат дистанцию. Фото из интернета, но идея та же. Только он 3 машины может ставить, а я только две (с половиной).
