can you pull any strings you have to get the stretch fron Dania Bch Blvd to Sheridan ST on AIA repaired, absolutely the worst stretch in So Fla
The customers are on the beach. They do not have the money to grab food or drink to go. The price of Rent,insurance and groceries is crippling south Florida residents. S. Florida cost of living higher then NYC.
Perhaps if you opened up some better restaurants

At MOH CAFE, they are looking for people. They have some spots available and it’s only 5 min from Hollywood beach.
I always brought my out of town friends there for the fried snapper. Pretty gruesome for a veggie gal like myself, but everyone around here said it was the best on our beach. What a shame. The staff was lovely and food was great.
The problem with the Beach is they are always fighting weather and a bad business day can never come back and rent will kill you,most business on beach that survives they own the property.
