I’ve heard that building’s entire roof is unsafe to even walk on to inspect it. And I heard that almost ten years ago.
They failed at least 3 times. It needs to be completely torn down and recreated. Fresh new smell. So does down town.

I wouldn’t mind doing one last tour of the mall before it gets torn down. I miss going to the arcade after watching a flick at amc ocean walk.

I miss the small pizza place inside by the fountain and back bathrooms my friends and I used to hang out there all the time in high school 🥹 the owner was soo cool and sweet to us
In 1972 on the north end there was an area called the Red Room with a small stage that was used for different venues, the reason I remember is because my wife and I were married there, it had its own entrance from the parking lot.
