Be Aware!!
This young man entered into our building by tailgating a resident. He proceeded to attempt a solicitation campaign. When I said that he was not allowed to get into the building and asked how he entered, he refused to answer. When I asked to take a picture of his ID, he covered it up and refused to provide it. I escorted him out of the building.
I cannot prove that he was a scammer, but it is not legal for people to enter buildings that have “no solicitation” posted. It is also highly irregular for people with legitimate business to refuse to show identification. Please be aware.
