Hang in there, Florida! Fall 🍂 weather is still forecast for the weekend. You’ll really feel the biggest difference in the mornings starting Saturday. Sunday morning will be the coolest, with temperatures expected to be 10º or so below where they should be for this time of year. That puts most of the state in the 60s!
As expected, the models have backed off a little on some of the coldest temps, with widespread 50s not looking likely. I still think, however, that there will be some isolated 50s showing up between The Villages, north through Ocala, Gainesville & Lake City on Sunday morning.

Holy crap My mom will be in 4 layers of clothes with 10 blankets because she's cold when it's 90 degrees out but me on the other hand can't wait! It's Battle of the Thermostat in our house every day.
