KING TIDES RISE ALONG BOTH U.S. COASTS AS FULL MOON DRIVES COASTAL FLOOD THREAT
A powerful FULL MOON is bringing unusually high KING TIDES to BOTH U.S. coastlines, with some of the highest water levels expected over the next 48 to 72 hours.
Coastal flood alerts are in effect from California to portions of the Atlantic coast, where rising seawater threatens low-lying roads, neighborhoods and waterfront communities.
Parts of California could see tides nearly 2 FEET above normal, while portions of Florida and Georgia face coastal flooding up to 3.5 FEET above normally dry ground during peak high tides!
